About This Retreat
Welcome to the Retreat at Fall Branch Falls! Nature abounds in this whimsical forest retreat. Surrounded by rhododendron, ferns and endless forest views, and filled with the soothing sounds of the creek, the wilderness is right at your back door. Enjoy a short hike to the Fall Branch Falls waterfall. Soak up the sounds of the creek as you sip your morning coffee on the porch. The space Completed in 2021, our 480 sq foot, 1 bedroom cottage is perfect for 1-2 people looking for some quiet time in the mountains. We have a fully stocked kitchen with a full size refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Bathroom -- We have a fully updated bathroom with large tile shower. But for real... that shower though....... Snuggle up by the indoor fireplace (propane) located in the main living space. (Available for use from late November - April). Enjoy a fire on the outdoor patio, adjacent to the creek. Bring a dvd and watch a movie on the tv in the bedroom. (We are unable to get cable or satellite tv services, so dvd is your only option for tv.) This is a place to truly unplug. We have very limited internet access. **Please note: Our Retreat is not suitable for children or infants. ** Guest access Guests have full access to the cottage and patio. Other things to note We do not allow children, smoking, pets or parties. We love sharing our space with others, but we ask that you comply with our house rules. Doing so helps us to keep our Retreat pristine for future guests.
